About the Role
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking Sales Executives to join their aluminum roofing division. This role is ideal for ambitious, results-driven individuals who are passionate about growing a customer base, driving sales, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell aluminum roofing products to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience (experience in building materials/roofing products is an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Compensation & Incentives
- Attractive base salary.
- Performance Incentives: Staff must generate ₦5 million and above in sales to qualify for incentive packages.
