We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Candidate Communication
- Respond to client and candidate inquiries across email, phone, and chat channels.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication that reflects Sea-Faj Consults’ brand standards.
- Follow up on inquiries, application progress, and service feedback.
Service Coordination
- Support both HR/recruitment and study abroad service lines.
- Track client or student requests, ensuring each stage of the process is completed accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of required documents and updates.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records of correspondence and service requests.
- Update CRM or tracking systems with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in preparing client reports, invoices, and follow-up summaries.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and study abroad partners.
- Collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications.
Process & Quality Improvement
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to workflows or FAQs.
- Participate in internal meetings to share insights from customer interactions.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance across all customer-related processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer support, client relations, or administrative coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
- Experience within HR, recruitment, or study abroad services is an advantage.
