Job Summary
Sea-Faj Consults is recruiting on behalf of our client to hire a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing prompt and efficient support to the client’s customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will manage inquiries, resolve issues, process transactions, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate and clear information to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team while ensuring timely follow-up.
Operations & Transaction Processing
- Process customer transactions accurately, including gift card verification, pricing checks, wallet balances, and payment confirmations.
- Ensure all customer information is recorded accurately in internal systems.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and update records in real time.
- Generate reports on customer issues, recurring challenges, and feedback trends.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Use Microsoft Excel to track customer data, maintain logs, and generate simple reports.
- Work efficiently with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
