Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially savvy Executive Assistant to the Group General Manager – Operations on behalf of our client. This dual-focused role combines high-level executive support with direct accountability for driving operational excellence across the Group’s hospitality, beauty, and skincare business units. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless support to the GM while overseeing multi-unit operations, implementing SOPs, and driving profitability, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across all business units, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficiency
- Develop, implement, and enforce group-wide SOPs
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Supervise unit heads and managers, providing coaching and performance management
Customer Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure service excellence and conduct quality audits across outlets
- Monitor feedback, resolve escalations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Business Performance & Strategy Execution
- Translate GM’s strategic objectives into operational action plans
- Track KPIs and provide monthly performance dashboards
- Identify process improvements, automation, and vendor optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects, including new outlet launches and product rollouts
People & Culture Management
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and staff performance management
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices
Executive Assistant Functions
- Manage GM’s calendar, tasks, and correspondence
- Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and stakeholder communication
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years’ progressive experience in hospitality operations, administration, or multi-unit business management
- Proven track record in managing multi-unit operations, preferably in hospitality or consumer services
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and executive presence
