Job Role: Hiring Project & Administrative Associate

Location: Abuja, Nigeria (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project & Administrative Associate to join our team in Abuja. The role will be diverse, combining project management, administrative support, and HR-related responsibilities.

The individual will work closely with the principals and team members to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, efficient administration, and well-coordinated people processes.

Responsibilities will be balanced across project, administrative, and HR functions, and not all tasks will be active at the same time. Work will be structured to ensure a fair and manageable workload.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

  • Manage and track progress of family and investment-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Support a range of initiatives that may include cultural projects and real estate developments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare status updates, reports, and documentation.

2. Administrative Support

  • Oversee administrative matters related to the Abuja residence, including property upkeep, logistics, and day-to-day requirements.
  • Handle regulatory and compliance-related administrative work as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for family, guests, and visitors (travel arrangements, hospitality, scheduling).
  • Provide general organisational and office support.

3. HR & People Support

  • Support recruitment processes: organizing logistics, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
  • Assist with scheduling and follow-up for performance management discussions.
  • Help plan and organise staff retreats, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain orderly HR-related documentation and schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in project management, administration, or HR.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, project management platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Benefits

Salary: ₦600,000 – 800,000 gross, monthly
