About the Role
Sea-Faj Consults is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NYSC corps member to join our team as an HR Intern. This role is ideal for someone who has a background or strong interest in Human Resources and is passionate about pursuing a career in HR. You will gain hands-on experience supporting real HR and recruitment operations in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate databases.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Contribute to HR research, insights, and special projects.
Requirements
- A serving NYSC corps member.
- Preferred discipline: Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Demonstrated passion for Human Resources and people management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools.
