As we continue to grow our brand, we’re seeking a creative Storyteller and Media Host who will bring our company’s voice, values, and impact to life through compelling stories, videos, and digital content.

About the Role

This role blends creative storytelling, on-camera presentation, and brand communication.
The ideal candidate is confident, eloquent, and skilled at turning complex ideas into engaging narratives — whether for social media, video interviews, or corporate campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and communications team to craft stories that highlight Sea-Faj’s mission, showcase our impact, and connect with our audiences across recruitment, consulting, and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop engaging scripts, stories, and interview content that reflect our brand voice.
  • Write and edit narratives for videos, podcasts, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative content that resonates with clients and candidates.

2. Media Hosting & Presentation

  • Serve as the on-screen or voice host for company videos, interviews, webinars, and brand features.
  • Conduct interviews with professionals, clients, and partners.
  • Present stories with clarity, confidence, and personality, maintaining professionalism at all times.

3. Brand Communication

  • Maintain brand tone and consistency across all platforms.
  • Support digital engagement efforts, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcast channels.
  • Assist in shaping the public image of Sea-Faj Consults through authentic storytelling.

4. Production Support

  • Coordinate with videographers, editors, and designers during production.
  • Assist in creating short-form video content for social media.
  • Participate in planning and script development for content campaigns.

5. Event & Public Engagement

  • Represent Sea-Faj Consults in online and in-person media events when required.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives through interviews, webinars, and podcasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in storytelling, broadcasting, or content creation.
  • Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Confident on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional event attendance.
