Role Overview
We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to manage and enhance our company website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining website functionality, improving user experience, and implementing new pages and integrations to support our recruitment, consulting, and study abroad operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & Development
- Maintain and update existing WordPress pages, ensuring smooth performance and modern design.
- Create and customize new pages for job listings, candidate forms, and service updates.
- Manage plugins, themes, and integrations for site optimization.
- Ensure website security, regular backups, and performance monitoring.
2. UI/UX & Content Integration
- Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to publish content such as job posts, news, and blog updates.
- Optimize website layout for readability, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
- Improve the visual appeal and accessibility of user-facing pages.
3. Technical SEO & Analytics
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility.
- Use Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor performance and user engagement.
- Recommend strategies to increase web traffic and conversion rates.
4. Integration & Automation
- Integrate forms (e.g., candidate applications, client contact forms, and study abroad inquiries) with tools like Google Forms or JotForm.
- Set up email notifications, CRM integrations, and other automations to streamline operations.
5. Troubleshooting & Support
- Resolve bugs, errors, and compatibility issues promptly.
- Support the team with website-related updates and training when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and web security.
- Basic knowledge of integrating APIs or forms (e.g., JotForm, Google Forms).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
