Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and driving revenue across our recruitment, outsourcing, and international student recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and promote SEA-FAJ Consults’ services to prospective clients
- Convert leads into paying clients and consistently meet sales targets
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Conduct follow-ups on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, HR services, or education consulting is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot) is a plus
