By using SEA-FAJ Consults Limited Study Abroad services, you agree to the following terms:

SEA-FAJ Consults assists students in securing admission into accredited institutions abroad. Our Services may include:
- Course and institution selection guidance
- Document verification and application support
- Visa advisory
- Pre-departure orientation
- Accommodation sourcing
- Service Charges
- Our services are generally free of charge for students.
- If a fee is required Example: premium services, courier fees, or third-party charges), it will be communicated to the Applicant in writing before the service begins.
- Eligibility & Responsibilities
The Applicant have the following responsibilities:
- Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable information.
- SEA-FAJ Consults may discontinue support or further services to the Applicant, if the information supplied are found to be false or misleading.
- The Applicant is to Promptly notify SEA-FAJ Consults of any changes to their information initially supplied by them.
- Consent Form Requirement
- Applicants must sign our official consent form before SEA-FAJ Consults can begin any application.
- Partner universities or organizations may also require this form to authorize SEA-FAJ Consults to act on the applicant’s behalf.
- Application Process
- Applications must be submitted through SEA-FAJ Consults’ authorized channels or representatives.
- Applicants must provide all required documents within the timelines specified.
- Partner Institutions
- SEA-FAJ Consults works only with recognized and accredited institutions.
- Admission decisions, scholarship outcomes, and related results are determined solely by the institutions.
- Visa & Immigration Guidance
SEA-FAJ Consults provides visa and immigration guidance, but visa approval is not guaranteed. Final decisions rest solely with the embassy or immigration authority.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Applicant’s data is handled in compliance with Nigerian, UK and EU data protection laws.
- Personal data of Applicants are not shared with unauthorized third parties unless required by law or the institutions policy and with the consent of the Applicant or legal guardian where the Applicant is under 18 years of age.
- Please refer to our privacy policy for how we collect and process personal data.
- Authorized Representatives
- Applicants must work only with verified SEA-FAJ Consults representatives.
- Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in termination of services.
- Limitation of Liability
SEA-FAJ Consults is not liable for losses resulting from admission refusal, visa denials, institutional decisions, travel restrictions, or factors beyond our control.
- Minor Applicants
Where an Applicant is a minor (under 18 years of age), their legal guardian must sign the consent form on their behalf and assume full responsibility for all aspects of the application process.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using SEA-FAJ Consults’ Study Abroad services, students agree to these terms and acknowledge the requirement to sign the consent form before any application is processed.
- Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
