Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Student Recruitment Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective students, generating leads, converting inquiries into enrollments, and driving growth across our international student recruitment services.

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting overseas education opportunities, supporting students throughout the admission process, and building strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate prospective student leads through online and offline channels.
  • Promote SEA-FAJ Consult’s international education services to prospective students and partners.
  • Guide students through admission processes, application requirements, and study options.
  • Assist students with documentation, application submissions, and visa guidance.
  • Conduct follow-ups on student inquiries and applications in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, referral partners, and parents.
  • Organize and participate in educational fairs, webinars, seminars, and outreach campaigns.
  • Convert inquiries into successful student enrollments and consistently meet recruitment targets.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and excellent client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment and student engagement activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on international admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarship opportunities, and partner institutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Student Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Educational Consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment or sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in international student recruitment or education consulting is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
