Referral Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SEA-FAJ CONSULTS REFER AND EARN PROGRAM

The SEA-FAJ Consults Refer and Earn Program is designed to reward anyone who refers friends, family, business associates, corporate bodies to use any of our services. Once you register, you’ll receive a unique referral code. Share this code with anyone you refer to Sea-Faj Consults.
When they contact us or apply, they must provide your code – that’s how we track and credit your referral, so you get paid.

EFFECTIVE DATE

The Refer and Earn Program takes effect from 1st May 2025.

These terms and conditions (Terms) stated herein shall govern your participation in the Refer and Earn Program offered by Sea-Faj Consults. Please read these terms carefully. By participating in the refer and earn program, you indicate your acceptance of these terms.

SEA-FAJ CONSULTS SERVICES

Sea-Faj Consults hereinafter referred to as the firm is a business establishment that provides the following services:

  • International Student Recruitment (ISR)
  • Outsourcing Solutions
  • Business Consultancy

ELIGIBILITY

Everyone is eligible to participate in the SEA-FAJ Consults refer and earn program.

HOW IT WORKS

International Student Recruitment

  • Where a person refers another, who is in need of international student recruitment services, to the Company.
  • Once your referral makes a tuition fee payment to the university, you will receive 3% of the amount paid as commission.
  • If the tuition is paid in installments, your commission will also be disbursed in corresponding installments, aligned with each payment received from the client.
  • The participant shall not be eligible for reward, if the referred client withdraws before the payment of the application fees.

Outsourcing Solution services

  • Where a person refers another, who is in need of outsourcing solution services, to the firm 
  • The participant will be entitled to get a one off 40% commission of the worth of the outsourcing deal.
  • The commission shall only be paid to the participant upon the referred client full completion and sealing of the outsourcing deal and the necessary fees is paid to the firm.
  • The participant will not be eligible for reward, if the referred client withdraws from the outsourcing services before the payment of the required fees to the firm.

PERIOD OF PROGRAM

The program shall run for a period of one-month subject to renewal by the firm.

MULTIPLE REFERRALS

You can refer as many people as possible to the firm within the period of the program. You will get rewarded for each referral as long as they meet the conditions of the refer and win program.

UPDATES

Upon any referral, the referral agrees that his data would be collected and stored by the firm and he shall receive regular update on the position of his referral.

REFERRAL REWARDS

  • Payment of rewards shall be made to the account detail provided to the firm by the participant within 14 days after the full registration and payment made by the referred client.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non- exchangeable 

RESTRICTIONS

  • self-referrals are not allowed and will result in disqualification from the program.
  • Spamming or any attempt to manipulate the program may result in disqualification and loss of rewards.

CHANGES AND TERMINATION OF PROGRAM

  • Any changes to the program, will be effective immediately upon posting terms on the firm’s website ad social media handles.
  • The firm reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The firm is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants.
  • This does not in any way constitute an offer by the firm to any participants.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be reliable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the program
  • The firm reserves the sole right to determine if a referred client has completed his registration for the purposes of the referral being entitled to the reward.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Nigeria,

Any dispute arising from this program or interpretation of these terms shall be resolved by negotiation.
